I am a solution-oriented instructional designer with proficiency in written/oral communication, needs analysis, and curriculum development. 

I attended Texas Tech University where I received a Bachelor's in History and Political Science, and a Master's in American Foreign Policy. These degrees translate into learning development roles by preparing me to conduct thorough research, needs/data analysis, and writing proficiency.

I am currently the Sales Team Training and E-Learning Specialist at Legrand.
